MAGISTER WINTER WHEAT
MAGISTER is a new high yielding winter wheat variety which has tall very stiff straw and produces very high bread-making quality. The added bonus is that MAGISTER has Orange Blossom Midge Resistance, which is a major factor as there are currently no breadmaking varieties with this attribute.
We have already had three major
end users test bake MAGISTER with all three confirming the quality as akin
to Group 1 with quality of loaves produced outstanding. This is a variety
that we hope will produce quality equal or to Hereward but hopefully more
consistently.
